What is reverse osmosis?
Reverse osmosis is a purification method in which water is forced through a semi-permeable membrane under high pressure, separating dissolved salts and many unwanted substances. In our devices it is applied in multiple stages together with sediment and carbon filters.
What does a water purifier do?
It helps reduce chlorine, sediment, odor, taste-affecting substances and dissolved solids in tap water, giving you better-tasting drinking and cooking water.
How often should filters be replaced?
Filter life varies with water quality and daily use. On models with a digital display, filter life is shown on screen. For other models, we create a periodic maintenance schedule that suits you.
How long does installation take?
Installation time depends on your plumbing and the device type. We give you clear information during the on-site survey.
Do the devices require electricity?
It depends on the model. For example, PRO PLUS is a motorized system and runs on a 24 V DC adapter. Pump-driven systems and dispensers also require electricity. You can find details on the product pages or ask us.
